5th Grade Lesson
Medium: Printmaking
Students will create their own prints, understand how to make patterns, and successfully print their designs.
STEP 1: Planning
Student complete a provided planning sheet to draw out the design and patterns.
STEP 2: Building
Students use the planning sheet as a reference to build their design.
STEP 3: Inking
Students ink the plate on the grid and use paper to transfer the image.
STEP 4: Critique
Students will finish their project and have a group critique together.
